Fall Cleanup

All fall cleanup packages include leaf cleanup, blowout of hedges and beds (exception for beds with mulch or small pebbles, try as we might, with our high power blowers it is often difficult to blow the leaves without blowing out the mulch and pebbles) and final mow and trim. Debris will be bagged and placed curbside. 

– Picking up of pet waste, tree fruit, pine cones, and pine needles are not included in our fall cleanup quotes. While normally we can accommodate such services we need to be notified in advance as the jobs can take significantly more time and impact our scheduling. An hourly rate per man hour will apply for the actual time required to complete these services.

– While we try to be as reasonable as possible there could be additional fees for excessive amounts of beds, difficult access or other unforeseen circumstances especially if the job requires us more time to complete than it should have.

Lawn aeration is a process in which plugs of soil are pulled from your lawn. This service accomplishes two things. First it relieves soil compaction allowing the roots of your grass to grow easier and deeper. Secondly, the new holes in your lawn allow water, nutrients, and air to penetrate down to the roots of your grass. What does this mean for you? A healthier, thicker, greener lawn!

– Due to the size of our machines we need a minimum access width of 28″ for the aerator. As well, these are large and heavy machines so please ensure there is suitable access to all areas requiring service. 

– Please flag as well as notify us of any underground sprinklers, shallow electrical lines, utility shut-offs, or anything else that could be damaged by an aerator. We are not responsible for any damages that occur due to unmarked items.

If you prefer to pay by cash we can arrange to accept payment at time of service.
